Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction.

What is our return policy?

We have 7-days Return/Exchange Policy.

STUDIO PEHEL does not have cash refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop and it will be valid for lifetime.

We take returns very seriously as we care about what’s being delivered to you. However, we do accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Damaged: This is a highly unlikely scenario as we lay significant emphasis on quality! All outfits pass through multiple levels of checks before being delivered. Our courier partners also work under the motto of “Handle with Care”. Still, if the product received by you is damaged, we’ll be happy to take it back.
  • Size Mismatch: Did you happen to order the wrong size? Don’t worry, we’ll be happy to help you on this. Only applicable on ready to wear outfits .Not valid on Custom made,Innerwears,Leggings,Made to measure outfits.

You can return the outfit within 7 days of delivery. Please be noted that the shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. We’re sure that while raising a return request, you will take care of the below points which will help our returns team to quickly process your request.
Make sure that the original tags, labels, and packaging is retained, the product is unwashed, unused & not damaged.

We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.

Can I return outfits purchased during Sale / Offer/ discount coupons?

Outfits purchased under Sale / Offers / discount coupons are not eligible for return.

Can I send the outfit through the same delivery guy if I don’t like it?

No, all our returns have a separate procedure. We will have the return order picked up separately, at a time convenient for you by our team member , if the pincode of ur address are eligible for return pickup, Or else we will request you to parcel them to our address

Do I need to return with the same packaging?

Yes, please ensure that the original packaging, tags, and labels are not tampered with. The claim for returns will not be processed without the same.

How soon will I receive my exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your order.

If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed within 2 working days.

Under what condition will my return not get accepted?

Generally, we are flexible in our returns policy and we ensure all genuine return claims are processed at the earliest. However, we will not be able to accept the returns under the below conditions:

    • Used/washed outfits
    • Original packaging not provided ( Tags, Labels, Covers)
    • Altered outfits
    • Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
    • Custom-made outfits/Made to Measure outfits
    • Running Fabrics ( as they are being cut as per customer's request)

What if the returned prodcuts could not pass the quality test?

STUDIO PEHEL has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality-check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/call.

We believe in providing flexible services to our valuable customers and hence do not place stringent terms and conditions on the sale we make. Refund policy
We do not have refund as cash policy but the exact amount of cash would be provided as Gift card or Coupons that could be used for lifetime for shopping with us, however returned products should be unsoiled and all tags need to be intact.

Online payment through UPI, Net-banking and Debit card/ Credit card including Visa, RuPay, Mastercard, & Airtel Money are accepted by us through Razorpay payment gateway.

We ensure that the orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Orders may get delayed due to national and public holidays as well as depending on the location of delivery. In case any product carries shipping charges, then it will be clearly mentioned on the Site.
